ABSTRACT

Background and Object: We have used the pure tone audiometer or tinnitometer for checking tinnitus pitch. And we have also used the pure tone of audiometer for tinnitus pitch checking. But if there was not suitable sound at the pure tone, we can use the narrow-band noise. So when we know the onomatopoeia of the narrowband noise of each frequency of audiometer, we can make a reverse use of presuming the tinnitus frequency of tinnitus patients. Subjects and Method: The most comfortable level sound of narrow-band noise of nine frequencies (125, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 6,000, 8,000 Hz) of the pure tone audiometer was given for 5 – 10 sec. to the 100 normal hearers (32 males, 68 females) of third decade, then let them to record the onomatopoeia of each sound. Result: 1) “pi:, pu (𝖍 ), ph (u:u𝖍 ), pha: , phw, phi: ” and “u (u𝖍 ), hu:(𝖍 ), hw, hi: , hui (𝖍 )” distributed in 125 to 2,000 Hz indiscriminately. 2) “tu (𝖍 ), th (u: ), t (u𝖍 )” and “k (u𝖍 ), kh (u: , u𝖍 ), kh (w𝖍 )” appeared at only 125 Hz. 3) “su (u𝖍 ), sw (u: ), si (ik'), sui (ik'), sju (u,u𝖍 ), sha, shai, shw, shin” distributed at all frequencies except 125 Hz. 4) “tshi (i: ,ik'), tshui (i: ,ik'), tshin, tshw (𝖍 ), tsi (ik') are expressed as more 92% in only 3000 Hz or high frequencies. 5) At 125 Hz “u (u𝖍 ), hu: (𝖍 ), hw, hi: , hui (𝖍 )” are predominant in male, “pi: , pu (𝖍 ), ph (u: u𝖍 ), pha: , phw, phi: ” are in female statistically. Conclusion: We suggest that expression test of tinnitus should be examined with not only pure tone but also narrow-band noise of audiometer for checking out exact onomatopoeia. ㄱ. 갑상선 고주파는 전극 주변에 고주파 전류가 흐르면서 조직내 이온들을 빠르게 진동시키고 
이렇게 발생한 마찰열(friction heat)을 통해 섭씨 60~100도씨의 열을 발생시켜 조직의 응고 괴사를 유도한다.
