요약

현훈은 지구의 중력과 관계되어 움직임이 없을 때 움 직이는 것 같은 느낌(sensation of motion when no motion is occurring relative to earth’s gravity)으로 AAO-HNS(1995)는 정의하고 있으며,¹⁾ 도는 것 같은 느낌(turning sense)를 동반한 어지럼증을 현훈으로 정 의하기도 한다.
