ABSTRACT
Ectopic teeth eruption into the dental environ are a common developmental abnormality. However, ectopic teeth eruption in other sites are rare. We experienced a case of ectopic third molar in the left maxillary sinus that is thought to evoke maxillary sinusitis. The tooth was removed through Caldwell-Luc approach under local anesthesia without any problem. (J Clinical Otolaryngol 1999;10:76-78)
