요약

최근의 흐름을 보면, 첫째, 피판술은 단순 히 피부의 결손을 메꾸는 것이 아닌 연부조 직의 결손을 교정하는데 사용한다는 것이고, 둘째, 새로운 피판이 발표됨에 따라 피판술 의 종류, 방법, 적용 등을 계속 습득하여야 할 필요가 있으며, 셋째 안면부의 결손등 복합적 조직결손의 경우 여러 공여부로부터 각각의 조직을 취하는 것이 아니라, 한 혈관 경속에 골, 근육, 연조직, 피부조직 등을 함 께 포함시켜 단일 유리피판술로 교정하는 일 괄적 복합재건술(en bloc reconstruction) 을 이용하려는 추세이다.
