요약

임상적인 연구이외에 cortisone의 임상 분야 에서의 성공은 1950년대의 기초 연구에도 촉 진적인 역할을 하였으며 또한 이 시기에 현재 사용되는 대부분의 cortis이의 합성 유사 약물 이 개발되었으며 cortisol류 약물의 선택을 위 한 실용적인 기술이 임상의에게 유용하게 되 었다.
