요약

1911 년 Rous가 RNA바이러스가 숙주세포를 변형시키는 능력이 있다는 것을 처음 발견한 후, 1969년 Haris는 암억제유전자설을 주창하 였으며 1989년 Bishop과 Varmus는 암으로의 형질 전환과 관련있는 유전자군을 발견하여 노벨상을 수상하였다.
