External dacryocystorhinostomy(DCR) was the surgical treatment of choice for the nasolacrimal duct obstruction but with the development of nasal endoscope, endoscopic DCR is thought to have advantages over conventional external DCR. The authors report two cases of endoscopic DCR performed in the patients of nasolacrimal duct obstruction: one case occurred after conventional intranasal sinus surgery and the other after endoscopic sinus surgery.
