ABSTRACT

A detailed analysis of coronal plane of OMU CT scans are essential for preoperative evaluation of various anatomic findings and patterns of sinusitis.

179 patients who have undergone endoscopic sinus surgery (bilateral 154 procedures and unilateral 25 procedures) for nasal polyposis and chronic sinusitis were reviewed.

We evaluated age distribution, preoperative symptoms, anatomic variations, extents of operations and patterns of sinusitis.
