요약

메니에르병과 감별을 요하는 유사질환으로 는 지발성 내임파수종，현기증을 동반한 돌발 성난청, 내이매독, 외임파루, 청신경종양, 추골 뇌 저 동맥 순환부전，Neurovascular compression 등이 있다. 여기서는 지발성 내임파수종, 현기 증을 동반한 돌발성난청, 내이매독에 대해서만 언급하고자 한다.
