요약

부비등 수술의 목적은 비강과 부비등의 병 변을 수술적으로 처치하여 생리적 기능 즉 배 설과 환기를 정상적으로 회복시켜 줌으로써 환자의 중상을 없게하는 데 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 비강의 해부학적 기형의 교정과 부비등의 병변을 처치하여야 하며 이를 위해서는 사골동 수술이 선행되어야 한다.
