요약

만성부비동염의 병태생리를 이해하는데 가 장 중요한 3대 요소는 자연개구부의 개방성, 비점막의 섬모운동의 적정성 및 분비물의 양에 달려있다. 이상의 요인들중 하나 흑은 그이상 에 병변이 생길 경우 부비동내에 분비물이 저 류될 것이고 이것은 감염에 의하여 부비동염 으로 발전하게 된다.
