요약

만성비부동염(chronic rhinosinusitis)은 비강과 부비 동의 만성적 인 염증으로，2개 이상의 증상이 있고，그 중 하나는 코막힘과 비루(전비루 혹은 후비루)를 반드시 포함해야 한다. 가능한 다른 증상은 안면통/안면압박감 과 후각소실 혹은 저하(어른)，기침 (소아)이다. 증상은 적 어도 12주 이상 지속되어야 한다. 부가적으로 CT상 OMU 나 부비동에 점막변화가 있거나，비내시경상 비용이 있 거나 주로 중비도에 점액농성 분비물，점막비후 혹은 폐 쇄가 있어야 한다.¹⁾
