요약

이관 성형술(Eustachian tuboplasty)은 일반적으로 이관개구부전(Eustachian tube dilative dysfunction)과 이관개방증(Patulous Eustachian tube)에서 이루어 지는 수술적 치료를 모두 의미한다. 여기서는 이관개구부전과 이관개방증에서 현재 시행되고 있는 수술적 치료방법에 대해 정리 해서 다루고자 한다.
