요약

전정안반사(vestibule-ocular reflex, VOR)는 두부를 움직이면서도 시력을 유지하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다. 중심와(fovea)에 맺히는 상이 2°/s 이상 움직이게 되면 시력이 감소하므로 머리가 움직임에도 불구하고 상을 중심와에 정확히 유지할 수 있는 전정안반사가 정상적 인 활동을 하기 위해서는 필수적이다.¹⁾
