2017. 6. 21 시행되는 의료법의 ‘설명의무’ 조항과 관련 하여 시행 전부터 전문가 공청회와 기존 법리에 대해 충 분한 검토를 하지 않은 채 발의 3개월만의 입법과정을 거 쳐서인지 의료계의 반발이 커지고 있다.
