요약

윤리란 철학의 한 갈래로 실천의 규범이다. 의료윤리란 의사 개인의 윤리가 아니라 의사로서 의업을 실천하는 의료 현장에서, 의사의 모든 활동에 적용되는, 자세히 살펴보면 결국 의사 본인을 위한 자율적인 실천 규범이다. 그 동안 의료윤리의 세부 항목은 의학의 발전과 의료인의 활동 영역의 다변화 그리고 사회적 요청에 의해 지금도 현재진행형으로 무수하게 분화하고 있다.
