요약

음성장애는 대화의 효율성을 떨어뜨리는 음색(pitch), 크기(loudness), 음질(voice quality)의 이상으로 특징된다.¹⁾ 음성 문제는 일반적으로 그 원인에 따라, 기질적 음성장애와 기능적 음성장애로 나뉘어 지는데,^2-4) 특히 기능적 발성장애는 후두 내시경상 정상소견을 보이면서, 설명되지 않는 손상된 목소리와, 감소된 성량을 보이는 경우에 고려되며, 음성장애로 의뢰된 환자 중, 57%가 기능성 발성장해로 간주된다고 보고되기도 하였다.^2,5)
