ABSTRACT

Swallowing associated click sound with tympanic membrane movement is very rare symptom. Recently we met a patient with same symptom, and the click sound was disappeared after plugging the tympanic orifice of E-tube with autologous cartilage. We present an unusual case of click sound accompanied with swallowing cured by plugging the tympanic orifice of E-tube. (J Clinical Otolaryngol 2014;25:191–194)
