요약

부비동내시경수술 후 치유 과정에 있어 적절한 관리 는 매우 중요하다. 이러한 관리는 비강세척，스테로이드 비강 분무，항생제등의 약물 치료，외래내원 시에 시행하 는 드레싱 등 모든 행위를 포함한다. 이러한 수술 후 관리 의 최종 목표는 정상적인 치유과정을 도와주고 재발을 예방하는 것이다. 그러나 여러 술자마다 개별적인 방법들 을 사용하고 있으며 전반적 인 수술 후 관리에 대한 의견 일치가 아직은 부족한 실정이다. 이에 여러 비강 패킹 재 료에 대해 비교해 보고 또한 수술 후 관리에 대해 알아보 고자 한다.
