요약

1990년 Jastreboff에 의해 주창되고 세계의 많은 이 명 센터에서 이명과 청각 과민증의 치료에 주된 방법으 로 시행되고 있는 이명 재훈련 치료(Tinnitus retraining therapy, TRT)는 감각신경성 이 명과 체성 소리 모 두에서 80% 이상의 환자에게 이명 증상의 호전을 보이 는 좋은 치료법으로 소개되고 있다.^1-3)
