요약

후두암의 치료에 있어서 후두부분적출술은 매우 중요한 몫을 차지하고 있다. 후두부분적 출술이라 하면 초기의 암을 내시경적으로 절 제하거나 Laser를 사용하여 제거하는 간단한 것으로부터 arytenoid의 일부분만을 남기고 후 두의 거의 대부분을 제거하는 근적출술(near total laryngectomy)에 이르기까지 광범위하나 일반적으로는 laryngofissure에 의한 초기 성문 암의 수술과 후두 수직 부분적 출술(vertical partial laryngectomy), 수평부분적출술(horizontal partial laryngectomy, supraglottic larynge-ctomy)로 크게 나누어 볼 수 있다.
