요약

메니에르병은 반복하여 회전성 어지러움과 이명, 이충 만감, 난청이 발작적으로 나타나는 막미로의 질환이다. 우 리나라에서는 최근 점점 증가하고 있으나 임상의들이 이 병에 대한 인식은 다소 부족하여 진단에 어려움이 있다. 이 질환의 진단을 위해서는 어지러움이 나타나는 모든 질환과의 감별이 필요하며, 여기에는 Table 1과 같이¹⁾ 말초전정질환, 편두통을 비롯한 중추질환, 경성 어지럼증 등 여러 질환들이 포함된다.
