요약

양측성대마비는 드물지 않게 이비인후과의가 경험하 는 질환으로 성문부위가 좁아져 호흡곤란을 주소로 내 원하게 되는 질환이다. 이러한 양측성대마비는 일반적 으로 양측성대의 운동성이 감소된 경우에 적용되는 병 으로 이러한 양측성대운동장애는 다음의 4가지의 원인 에 의한다. 1) 양측성대의 마비가 있는 경우, 2) synkinesis, 3) 양측윤상피열관절의 고정(cricoarytenoid joint fixation), 4) 피열간반흔(interarytenoid scar) 등이다.¹⁾ 그러므로 정확한 진단이 되기 전에는 양측성 대마비라는 병명보다는 양측성대운동장애가 올바른 병 명이다.
