비강에 발생한 횡문근육종 1례

Rhabdomyosarcoma, an uncommon malignant tumor, shows skeletal muscle differentiation and is generally associated with a poor prognosis. Authors experienced a embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma originated from nasal septum and left middle turbinate in a 43 year old female patient and we obtained a favorable result by total excision of tumor mass, chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
