요약

고막천공에 대한 hydrocortisone 용액의 사 용시 고막천공에 미치는 영향에 관한 사정 이다. 옳지 않는것은?
- ① 정상 창상 치유과정에 비교하여 볼 때 국소 hydrocortisone용액의 사용은 창상 치유를 지연시킨다.
- ② 국소 hydrocortisone을 사용하지 않은 경우는 천공 변연부위에서 뚜렷한 keratinizing squamous epithelium의 hyperplasia가 관찰된다.
- ③ Corticosteroid는 세포분열 및 단백질, 뮤코다당류의 합성을 억제한다.
- ④ 국소 hydrocortisone의 사용으로 고막 의 세포는 천공 변연부 뿐만 아니라, 고 막전체에서 세포의 크기가 증가한다.
