요약

외과수술에서의 피부봉합은 수술을 마치는 단계이며 가장 기본적인 끝맺음이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 일반적으로 이 끝맺음인 봉합을 우리 이비인후과 의사들은 빨리 단시간에 해 버릴려고 하고 좀더 깨끗하게 술후 반흔(瘢痕) 형성을 될 수 있는한 적게 할려는 노력이 부 족한 것으로 생각된다. 여기서 앞으로 흉터를 될 수 있는한 적게해야 할 경우가 많아질 것 이며 환자의 요구도 흉터없는, 흉터가 적은 수 술을 원할 것은 자명한 일이다.
