요약

필러나 보툴리늄독소 시술은 미용성형외과 분야에서 가장 많이 시술되는 시술 중 하나이다. 필러는 그 정의상 으로는 인체에 주입되어 부피를 증가시켜줄 수 있는 모 든 물질을 일컬으며 통상적으로 주사가 가능한 물질이 다. 잘 알려진 필러로는 하이알루론산제제，콜라겐，파라 핀，액상 실리콘 등이 있다. 필러는 통상적으로 그 구성성 분에 따라 분류되지만 그 효과가 지속되는 기간에 따라 지속기간이 2년 이내인 temporary fillers，2년에서 5년 사이인 semi-permanent filler 로 나누어 지며，Filler를 주 입한 후 효과가 5년 이상 유지되는 필러는 permanent filler 라 한다.
