Concha bullosa of the inferior turbinate is an extremely rare anatomic variant. We present a case of inferior concha bullosa, which we discovered during an evaluation of a patient who had chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps. (J Clinical Otolaryngol 2007;18:271–273)
