ABSTRACT

Tuberculosis of the nose is a chronic infection caused by Mycobacterium tuberculsis. It may occur in the nose, as a primary infection or secondary to disease elsewhere in the body. Primary infection to nose is rare but possible when they lost their self-cleansing mechanism & lysosomal activity.

We recently have experienced one case of primary tuberculosis of the nose, so report it with review of literatures.
