ABSTRACT

Neurilemmoma is a tumorous lesion that arises from the neural sheath of peripheral nerves, autonomic nerves, or cranial nerves. Neurilemmoma on the nasolabial area is very rare and only 1 case was reported in the Korean literature. The authors experienced one case of round and elastic mass occurs from the nasolabial area. It was diagnosed as an infected nasolabial cyst. The pathologic diagnosis after surgical removal was proved as neurilemmoma. We report an unusual case with a review of literatures.
