요약

얼굴과 목에 대한 충분한 해부학적 지식은 성공적인 안면성형과 재건에 있어 필수적이며 이에 대한 철저한 이해는 안면성형재건 수술에 대한 성공률을 높일 뿐 아 니라 수술에 따른 합병증을 줄이는데도 상당히 중요하 다. 하안면부와 경부의 해부학은 노화에 의해 안면과 경 부에 발생한 변화를 교정하는 것을 목적으로 시행하는 안면거상술 (faceHft) 시에 특히 중요하며 5개의 안면층 (facial layers)과 안면 근육, 안면신경을 포함하고 있 다.¹⁾ 경부의 해부는 안면회춘술 (facial rejuvenation) 과 재건술에 있어 중요하며 경부의 구획, 경부의 근막체계, 혈관해부학, 광경근 (plastysma), 악하삼각 (submandibular triangle) 주변의 근육, 그리고 뇌신경에 대해 알아 보고자 한다.
