ABSTRACT
Blowout fracture of the orbital wall is frequently seen in association with fracture of the floor of the orbit or the more complex of bony disruptions as trimalar fracture, LeFort II or III, nasoethmoidal and panfacial, and pure blowout fracture of the medial orbital wall is infrequent due to the anatomical character.
Recently, we experienced 12 cases of blowout fracture of the orbital wall.
These cases were repaired by open reduction under subciliary incision, Caldwell-Luc approach or Lynch approach with good results. We report these cases of blowout fracture with the review of the literatures.
