요약

흔히 사용되는 독성이나 부작용이 적은 약 이라 할지라도 임신중 투여되면 그 약제가 태 아나 신생아에 지대한 영향을 줄수가 있다. 임 부에 이환된 질환을 치료할 목적으로 투여된 약이 유산, 자궁내 태아 사망，발육 부전, 기형, 생리 생화학적 변화, 정신적 기타의 신체적인 장애의 원인이 될 수도 있어 임신중 투약에는 세심한 주의를 요하며 약이 태아에 미치는 영 향에 대하여 잘 알고 있어야 한다.
