요약

감각신경성 난청의 원인으로는 돌발성 난청, 소음성 난청 및 음향외상, 이독성, 노인성 난청, 청신경 종양, 면 역성 난청, 메니에르병, 유전성 난청, 등 많은 요인들이 있다. 감각신경성 난청의 치료는 원인 질환에 따라 각기 다를 수 있으며 그 중에서도 비교적 흔한 질병인 돌발성 난청과 우리에게는 다소 낯설지만 알아야만 할 면역성 난청의 치료에 관해 기술하고자 한다.
