요약

비과영역의 환자를 보는 의사들에게 비강 및 부비동 의 해부학적 지식의 중요성은 아무리 설명해도 지나치 지 않는다. 비강 및 부비동의 해부학적 지식은 이미 기 존의 여러 교과서에 아주 잘 나와 있는 것 만큼 다시 반 복해서 요약한다는 것은 의미가 없다. 따라서 이번에는 저자가 한국인 시체 해부를 통해 얻은 새로운 지식을 기반으로, 기존의 우리가 알고 있는 해부학적 지식의 문 제점들을 요약해서 기술하고자 한다. 이번 글을 통해 일 반적으로 통용되고 있는 개념과 지식에 문제점을 파악 하여 이를 보완함으로써, 좀 더 실질적인 해부학적 지식 과 수술적 개념을 가지도록 하고자 한다.
