Only two of twelve cases were positive finding of Kikuchi’s disease on fine-needle aspiration cytology. Conclusions: We described 29 cases of Kikuchi’s disease with clinical, laboratory and pathologic findings and reviewed the literature. And it will be needed further study to improve the technique and accuracy of fine- needle aspiration cytology. (J Clinical Otolaryngol 2000;11:92–97)
