요약

구강 악성종양은 전체 두경부암의 30%를 차지하며, 95% 이상이 표피양암종(epidermoid carcinoma)이다. 2001년 우리나라 통계에서 보면 구강암은 16.5%이며, 그 중 설암이 49.7%로 가장 많았고 다음으로는 구강 저암, 협점막의 순이었다.
