요약

최근 10 여년 사이에 돌발적으로 나타나는 현훈, 변동성인 청 력손실과 이 명 을 주증상으로 하는 막4로(membranous labyrinth)의 질환인 메 니에르병 의 증세를 호소하는 환자는 증가하 고 있으나 우리나라에서는 이 질환에 대한 진 단기준 및 치료 방침이 아직 확립되어 있지 않으며，진단과 치료에 대한 임상 의사들의 인 식 또한 부족한 실정이다.
