요약

반규관의 기능을 알아보는 검사중 온도안진 검사는 평형기능검사중 평형반사회로의 수용 기를 자극했을때 (mput) 나타나는 반응 (output) 을 보는 input-output검사의 하나이며 실 제 임상에서 쉽게 이용할수 있는 검사로서 그 기전, 시행방법，주의할 점, 판정, 진단적 의의 둥에 대해 알아보고 또한 온도안진검사도중 필수검사로서 시행하는 Visual suppression test에 대하여도 기술하고자 한다.
