ABSTRACT

The contineous，firm pressure dressing enough to prevent any further accumulation of blood and exudate is important factor to achieve good results of the treatment of the othematoma.

A simple, safe, effective method of pressure dressing is presented. It is using after aspiration or I & D. By this method, recurrence of the othematoma will be markedly reduced.
