요약

만성중이염의 수술은 염증의 제거, 재발 방지, 및 청력 개선을 목적으로 하고 있으며 비진주종성 중이염에서 염 증 제거 및 재발 방지는 병적인 점막 및 병적인 유양봉 소의 제거로 수술 목적을 달성할 수 있으나 진주종성 중 이염인 경우 진주종의 흔한 재발로 인하여 재발방지를 위한 술식이 추가되어야 수술의 목적을 달성할 수 있다.
